Our Plant & Machinery is capable of
- Plate Rolling / Bending up to 70 mm thick X 2.5 M wide (min. 900 mm dia.) ; 32 mm thick X 2.5 M wide (min. 600 mm dia.); 16 mm thick X 2.0 M wide (min. 300 mm dia.)
- Hydraulic Pressing of 500MT X 2 M wide (1.7 M Ht.)
- CNC Profile cutting up to 150 mm (CS), 50 mm (SS), Working: 2M Wide x 12 M Length
- Machining in lathe up to 2000 mm diameter & 6000 mm long
- Various kinds of Post/ Pre-Heat Treatments as per client specification & Code
- Surface treatments (Pickling & Passivation, polishing, Blasting & Painting etc.) as per client specification
INSPECTION AND TESTING FACILITIES
NDE, Destructive Testing & Hydro testing carried out in presence of Clients / Third-party inspectors like Lloyd’s, BV, TUV NORD, TUV SUD, ISRO-VSSC ( Indian Space Research Organization-Vikram Sarabhai Space Research Centre), IBR etc. or ASME Authorised Inspectors of Customers.

- Dimension Inspection In-Process & Final Inspection,
- Hydro testing of Pressure Vessels (So far we have tested up to 330 bar Test pressure)
- Pneumatic testing of Pressure Vessels
- Radiography Examination ( Outsourcing)
- Liquid Penetrant Examination
- Ultrasonic Examination
- Calibration, Mechanical & Chemical Testing (subcontracted to Labs accredited by NABL)
WELDING
- Process qualified SMAW, SAW, GTAW, GMAW, Multi process Welding, Corrosion Protection Overlays, and Tube to Tubesheet Welding & Expansion
- Welders & Operators qualified as per ASME SEC-IX / Indian Boiler Regulations and PESO
SITE WORKS
We also involving in site manufacturing activities
- Pressure Vessel manufactured at (Ø5000mm x 12000 mm length x 32 mm thk) at Clients Site
- Manufacturing of Surge Tanks, Masinagudi, Tamil Nadu Hydro Electric Power Generation Sites
- Manufacturing of Pressure Parts to ASME PART U stamp work carried out at BPCL, Kochi.
- Fabrication and Erection Heavy structural works for Airtel ( 100MT).
